What is Mosaic Methods?
Mosaic Methods is a gentle nervous system re-patterning modality that creates new ways of being, healing and thriving.
Mosaic Methods is Dr. Elaine Thornton's creation born of energetic chiropractic care, yogic, and spiritual teachings. It is primarily a somatic (body work) experience that restores health to the body. Mosaic Methods works directly with the nervous system to regulate stress in the body and support the brain’s adaptability to create new neural pathways. We see people heal from chronic pain, chronic illness, and emotional and physical traumas.
Mosaic Methods involves a deeply relaxing session, utilizing subtle bodywork for releasing blockages within the nervous system. By using gentle and specific contact along the spine, we move beyond the mind and use the body as a tool to create new patterns that promote healing, increased energy, and greater ease. Creating greater ease in the body while on the table translates into vitality, radiance, and ease in your daily life.

“Holly’s approach to healing is gentle and caring. I always feel so safe in her presence! Working with her has helped to remind me to slow down and take ample time to breathe and be in my body. Mosaic Methods has been an extremely beneficial tool that I’ve enjoyed adding to the ways in which I care for myself holistically.”

“Getting sessions with Holly is one of the wisest investments Trevor Mann and I have made! On a physical level, the sessions have helped me work through some long held pain patterns. On the mental & emotional level, they leave me feeling relaxed, calm, and clear. On a spiritual level I am feeling more spaciousness for expansion. 10/10 recommend you give a session a try!”
